"Naminé," Riku said in a gentle tone, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder, "He'll be here. Quit pacing,"

Naminé shook her head and smiled slightly. "Sorry Riku, I'm just excited! I haven't seen Roxas in years,"

Riku managed a smile and let his hand slide off her shoulder. "Me neither, but at least stop pacing. Its obnoxious," he chuckled.

The sweet blonde nodded before sitting down on an old bench in Destiny Island's Nation Park—a place where Riku, Roxas and Naminé would sneak off to when they wanted to stare up at the stars. It was nearly midnight when Riku and Naminé had arrived together, already they set up a nice picnic blanket and had brought some delicious home-made food.

Riku sighed as looked up at the familiar stars he had once spent endless hours watching. Namine pushed herself closer to him and looked up as well. "I miss these days," she whispered, brushing some hair from her face.

"Yeah…" Riku sighed, his eyes reflecting the twinkling dots.

"Me too,"

Naminé's looked down to see Roxas standing there, hands shoved into his pockets, smiling widely. "Roxas!" Naminé cried, jumping up and hugging her dear friend.

Roxas laughed, "Hey Nami, hey Ri,"

Riku waved, "Oi,"

"It's been forever," Naminé concluded, gesturing for him to sit on the picnic blanket.
"It has been…I've missed you guys," he said, his voice in a hushed tone.

Both solemnly nodded as they all got comfortable before laying down on their backs, staring up at the heavenly bodies. "So how have you been?" Riku asked, glancing across Naminé over to Roxas.

"Pretty good…the city doesn't offer many stars though," he said, pointing up at one constellation.

Riku turned back and sighed, "Sounds like it,"

"Remember…" Naminé began, a faint smile crossing her lips, "When we use to sneak out on winter nights and builds fires and sit around roasting s'mores?"

Riku chuckled darkly, "And I would steal your marshmallows,"

"And I would get them back?" Roxas added.

"Yeah," Naminé sighed, "I remember,"

All three of them burst into laughter as they each thought back to those better, younger years. The petite blonde weaved her fingers in between each of theirs and exhaled slowly, "I'm glad we get to do this again…even though so many things have changed,"

Riku grunted in response.

"Yeah," Roxas whispered, "It's nice to know that no matter how far we are from each other…we can still be close,"
